There is some hint in the wording:
The terms of the contract are commercial-in-confidence and reflect the commercial positions of both companies having undergone significant transformation over the past five years.
Of course commercial-in-confidence cuts both ways and it hard to know if that was included just to appease those who have been calling for AnteoTech to "go hardball" or as a hint that both side realized that somewhat better terms for AnteoTech were fair.
