This is where the hint lies from how i read it... both companies are now in a very different position than 5 years ago.. both were upstart nobody's...

Ellume now needs Aneto more than it did before ... i believe the new contract would not screw Ellume but i believe it has been negotiated to be more favourable to Anteo.

All that said.. how long is it for ? Surely that is not in confidence ? Perhaps we should at least try and seek clarity on the length of the contract.. if its 1 year that sucks but if its 5 or more well thats a plus..

ASX must have really shat on ADO for all the distributor ann's and then tightened the reigns somewhat around the definition of marketing ! This should have been released to the market in some form even as non price sensitive ...
