No, please read the announcement again. Nowhere in the announcement does it say that the license fee is $2M.

Brainchip anticipates that it will recognize aggregate revenue of approximatelyUS$2 million
under the agreementover the current financial year and the financial year ending 31
December 2022 and expects to recognize additional revenue from the license fee and
additional revenue opportunities noted above insubsequent financial years

Note the termaggregate.The agreementconsists of the license fee, royalties, project fees and support fees. The only way it could be $2M plus royalties, etc on top is if those sat outside of the agreement - not the case.

The additional revenue from royalties, project fees and support fees are insubsequentfinancial years.
