BB said that at the expo he was told the cost would be between 36-40 mill.

My understanding is that the REDP money could be set against this if CWE are successful in getting a grant, so no need to raise any more money (or the investec money).

If the REDP money didnt come through, or the 50MW site was located elsewhere, i guess they'd have to raise about 20 mill.
