    • IPO'ed (pump)
    • Uncommon to have an IPO of a sole RE company
    • General RE environment helped
    • Very low SOI for an RE company
    • Catchy company name
    • Large land area
    • Bit of attention on "clay processing cheaper / better than hard rock"
    • Did I mention the very low SOI, particular for an RE listing
    • Some may be familar with the background of the Board's Chair.
