    why bother with the ancillary disclosure charges then? You charge ISX on the performance shares and then you take them to court on that issues. That’s why I can’t get away from the idea ASIC doesn’t think it’s case is that good and why it is trying to help ASX with VISA. Don’t forget ASIC still has never formally requested this stock be suspended under the corporations act.
