Its pretty clear that wave 2 down is on now, just a matter of where it finishes........nobody likes corrections, but short term pain, for long term gain.......follow the GLN trail and you know its true.

So currently with 2 red candles in a row, whats the likelihood of 3 red candles in a row to complete the 3 black crow pattern ?

I mentioned in the previous post there was small support at 1.50 on the daily chart, currently GLN is sitting right on it, needs to hold cause there is absolutely no support under that until the 50 fib ( 1.31 ), unless my eyes deceive me.

The RSI 14 indicator has broken support to the down side at 59, could drop to the 39 support, if that happens, then the 3 black crow pattern is a certainty.

MACRO

Inflation the big issue in the US, short term looks bearish with 270 pts down on Friday night with above average volume, ABC correction is complete on the 38 fib but could it extend down further ?

Both the RSI and MACD look bearish.

Global X chart looks a bit more promising, does that bullish maruzobu candle with above average volume ( yellow arrows ) indicate ABC correction is over ?

A clear break of the 93.9 resistance to the upside and the answer is .......YES.

So, DOW down, Global X up, how will GLN react next week ?

How the hell do i know ?

I just read the tea leaves........there is more red flags than green, so probability is down......but i dont know what happens in the inner circle.......

Hello All

REVERSAL ALERT !!!

Blue arrow pointing to a bullish maruzobu candle right after gap fill, with some extra volume, a clear break of the 160 resistance line and she is good to go for wave 3 up, ........

As always, just my opinion.
