Let me put it this way.....It is my belief through enquiries made..and research..that.although CHM's claim is for pretty much everything regarding the tenements that they themselves concede only $400 and odd thousand is the tainted money/contribution...if this is in fact proved..then the arguement will be over how much the total consideration for the tenements was.and therefore what percentage of that the 400 and odd thousand ammounts to....Obviously CHM will argue a low figure so the Tainted money represents a higher % and mmx a higher figure so the tainted reps a much smaller %.. if all the twoing and froing over the money is proved in CHM favour, then its down to the deemed value of total consideration payed, each parties percentage of that consideration, and whatever is decided todays value of the tenemnts is....You have to do your own research on what you believe all these figures could be.....But food for thought here is simply my opinion...Consideration payed ends up about $14 mill....Chm % about 3%..value of Jack hills 750-800 mill currently....so Chm on a good day may get $20-30 mill Tops...I feel this wont be too detrimental to MMX in the final washup.nor will it make CHM shareholders too rich after the funder takes his cut....I stress this is my opinion...DYOR and lets see how close we are at the end should it come to this or SETTLEMENT.....
