Is a smoker discriminated against because they can't smoke in a restaurant ?

They used to be allowed to. Smokers used to smoke in planes, in restaurants, in cars with kids, in cinemas etc.

Now they can't. They are restricted where they can smoke. All the non smokers can go in these places and not smoke.

Why can't the smoke in these places anymore ? Because of health restrictions. Nothing to do with discrimination.

Just like an anti vaxxer. Their movement is restricted because of community safety rules.
