I agree with you major that the correlation between FKP and the rest of the sector is big, but dont you think that FKP has been so inactive and quiet for few weeks while most other REITs gained value, i think the next move up for FKP is due already.
Dont you also think that FKP is one of the most undervalued in its sector nowadays especially in terms of the discount to its NTA and the low risk (gearing). Most other REITs are trading close to their NTA and some are already trading for a premuim like GMG.
Although some good news would make it fly, we dont really need it IMO. what we really need is some day traders with deep pockets to make the share move a bit and then the herd instinct will do the rest. If you look at the market you may notice that most of the big gains in share prices are due to pure speculation, not news.
