May I ask your reasons? I personally think the sale is good, we have no plans/personnel to progress Springdale, and instead get a stake in something much more than a graphite deposit (which we don't even know if or how long it will take to get to production). If the deal falls through, IG source feedstock elsewhere and we miss the boat...
