This is exactly right - there is no point comparing Zantrene to any known cardio-protective drug, you need to start from the other direction and determine what percentage of oncologists with use a form of doxorubicin that works better against the cancer and by-the-way just happens to protect the heart over doxorubicin alone. Even capturing a small percentage of this market (millions of patients per year) will be massive.
