right now we are far away from that 45 days to next dividend ex-date and we already passed 45 days from past dividend... so why market so negative on Bendigo? Poor management nothing else.... IMO....what I don't understand how did the management got re-elected in AGM.

Now, tomorrow they are going to present something about Upbank.... investment and digitisation but they won't tell you on how did they value Upbank.

I believe recent performance share might be given to them because they finished power point presentation for tomorrow's briefing two days earlier.. lol ... IMO... !!


Ms Baker joined Board in July 2018 and since then Bendigo Performance for share price is devastated but still she got away with $254k worth of shares just two days ago as a performance bonus.... the responsibility lies with dumb shareholder who voted in favor to re-elect management,adoption of remuneration report, allocation of shares to MD, grant performance shares.... etc.... IMO.




Bendigo Chairperson is sitting since 2011 .... !!! and see performance of Bendigo share price over this year below. we are back to where we started 10 year ago... ! absolutely no capital gain... unless you are trader and exited stock at right price.. ! how come someone with such poor performance keep surviving....???
