All good arguments..however....dig as much as they like it doesnt change the fact that only $1.1 mill went in in cash...so the max that chm rightly or wrongly could have.contributed, however illicitly to the project is $1.1 mill and they themselves i believe are still only claiming half that....I dont believe they will get 30 mill shares but about half that, might, with luck be achieved....we will eventually see who is closer sometime between now and Feb
