yes it's not a fair representation of the entire situation, it's much worse.
the most frustrating thing I find is where people against the vaccination are getting their information from? they gravitate and look for information that agrees with their bias, that simple.
also people need to remember that every vaccination ever created was an experiment in its infancy and look at the life's they saved.
