From my research Frieda value will not be priced into HIG SP until a gradual progression of resource definition to feasibility, final feasibility and/or bankable feasibility study. Compare the to the IRN chart- they are at the final stages of a Final/ Bankable Fesibility Study. Investors/takeovers wont usually take a plunge until they know what they are buying... too many ifs, maybes, blueskys in this world, esp conservatism is more the trend after the GFC.
