All interesting points and supposition....but I think very difficult to argue much less prove... MMX has many options on defences we are yet to see....as i said before lets see how close we are at the end...I'm bidding 20 to 30 million dollars in total... and by settlement prior to Feb.....and then i can say "told you so"
