Some share consolidations can be terrible for the share price of a company. But you will only find that happens when the company is going no where and dosen`t have a positive business plan showing where future growth is going to come from.

Some companys will consolidate their shares so they can then issue more shares just to pay their directors a handsome wage for doing stuff all.

Other companys will consolidate their shares to put themselves in a better position to attract potential investors of a higher caliber to help progress the company for the better of all shareholders.

Personally if NSL can stick to their business plan that they have put forward and make it work, then a share consolidation will not be a bad thing at all and infact may be the spark that lights the fuse beneath the share price.

I was very impressed with the announcement today and am looking forward to the drilling results which will hopefully underpin the venture as a viable option.
