Fair point, Oscar. It reminds us that NONE of the executive directors are advised as having taken shares, only 3 nonexecs. Not all could necessarily have raised the wind, of course, but some vote of confidence from those 'on the inside track' would have been a comfort.
For practical purposes, Tangentland's wait and see view is undeniable, in the circumstances & at this price.
A pointer might be if Fred Banff decided to seek new pastures. That is, his reputation is not tied in to POH and he could shrug & move on if he decided they are commercialy just a load of clowns.
