So all CHM holders are out for the kill,if you win it sounds like the max payout will be 35million and that is very unlikely.My experience in courts is that they try there best to make all parties have the opportunity to represent there case and I have seen some get very excited about what they think are turns in a case but really it is about a judge seeming to do the right thing.Even if MMx has to pay $35million it wont break us we have many years to go in business a lot more resource to drill and prove up.I would ask CHM holders what will they get after the backer and back room deals,I suspect very little with the number of shares CHM has on its books.I would also ask where is the money going to go if they win what is CHM going to do.Developing a mining company requires a lot of skill and technical expertise a little more than a hooker in a scrum or a dummy half.
