If LT retail investors have to sell Rac Shares on market in this time period that the SPP is open, to Apply for $3 shares under the SPP. Why should this be a black flag against them and potentially not being allocated what they have applied for- I realise there are other factors why you wouldn’t receive your allocation of $3 shares, but this shouldn’t be one of them.
The SP has already taken a dive with selling pressure from the $3 discounted amount & The Company still gets the Cash they are after to fast track trials.
