Hans Mende clearly laid out their thoughts on strategy just over a month ago.
There is an earnings release + call coming up in a few weeks. It's not like there's been radio silence.
Hans wants a conservative capital allocation policy comprising a dividend + growth investments. He did list examples of potential investments (expansion at Tshipi, consolidation in the Kalahari, other commodities in the medium-term). Investments aren't necessarily going to happen quickly, I'd expect and want them to be opportunistic to get great deals.
Hans complained about lack of communication with the market so I expect we hear from them soon. At the same time, we can't expect them to talk to us every week or month. We are dealing with managers/investors, not stock promoters.

PT did a great job getting us a dividend, but it was not hard work, he just had to forward the check from Tshipi! The SA guys are doing the hard work keeping costs and capex low to give us strong cash flows across the cycle. PT is a poor capital allocator, he was too slow getting Juno up to speed and missed the iron ore bull cycle and created a generation of bagholders in Juno. His approach to M&A was very poor. He had offered to buy the other half of Tshipi at a discount (!!). Obviously made no sense as the Rule number 1 in M&A is you pay a premium when you take control of an asset.
