Yep Glyna and Gardie...thanks for your posts.....both have a good grip on this situations and have elevated the jousting out of the gutter and one liners others like myself come up with.

Now...not sure how to take this article but I'm assuming its a blow to us, CHM, as Barnes and Dondas if put on the stand and not being able to lie may have cemented our case somewhat?

This is like a Hollywood movie.....fully funny in my opinion.

CHM put on a great little show of confidence yesterday and now I am wondering if we are about to get a hammering as testimony's from those guys would have been ground breaking imo.

I agree on the $20 or $35 million also....if thats all thats getting paid with potentially $20million going to our court case funder, doesn't leave a lot for CHM to build into a mining company at the end of the trial.

Hope we have a plan B for whats happened.
