CVI has closed at or above 0.005 for the past 10 weeks.
WLY Volume increasing.
[There is also a larger Basing Pattern that began in Nov. '08]
My Price Target is 0.02 [2c]
If this is a ~12 month Basing Pattern, my Price Target is 0.088 [8.8c]
