    Here's a question to ask from the floor of the AGM:

    "As of 21st September, $VRX had 4,136 shareholders.  With the share price at 18 month lows, what benefit has the participation of the so-called strategic investor been to the 4,133 shareholders who are not members of the VRX Silica Board of Directors?"
