Leaving it open for 4 weeks if $30m has been exceeded inconveniences:
* everyone who is going to be scaled back gets their refund later than they should
* RAC has more sorting of applications
* Automic has more people to refund
I think 2 weeks is plenty of time to get financial advice and sell ASX shares.
It isn't long enough to sell illiquid assets. Neither is 4 weeks.
It doesn't matter where people are, provided they have internet access.
