The trading value of Harte is 20 million( 1 billion shares at 2 cents ).NGD was almost bankrupted by Oliphant ,he was the developer of the Rainey river mine which has struggled to become profitable .they had to sell thier crown jewel the black water project to avoid going bust .SVL has enough money to explore the Harte property and get the mine up to speed ,it should be relatively easy to make it profitable as its high grade.i have no idea why NGD bought into Harte .Looks like a good buy for SVL ,they have got control for peanuts .
