    An outstanding defeat for Sexton and his cohorts.

    Renumeration Report defeated.

    Additional Placement Capacity resoundingly defeated.

    In regards to election of directors, it took open proxy votes to get all but one of the Directors up. Roger Sexton got the lowest votes of any Director.
