thx will get less for umc shares than market expected, so naturally sp will fall as higher price was already built into the price. am sure those selling will make a nice profit, nothing wrong with that, plenty of other fish in the sea.
oh and the lesson out of the umc debacle should be a wake up call to all shareholders, dont ever think that management think you are their first priority, number 1 always comes first
