The market factors in large placements to "sophisticated" investors. I'll be topping up at 6.2 or 6.1 in the next two months. In the short term CCC is going nowhere.

I like the share on fundamentals.

What I dislike on principal are discounted placements to a select group. I'd be happy to see the practice of share placements by public companies to "sophisticated investors/institutions" legislated against. It smacks of favouritism to an elite group or easy money for "the boys". If you want to raise capital go to all shareholders on an equal basis.
