Dont banks charge fees on ATM cards?
a) Use card though an ATM thats not your banks ATM ....can be $2 or more per transaction
b) Only have x amount of free transcations on the card per month before being charged....limits your use without charges
c) may have a monthly fee attached, especially to debit cards as you mentioned earlier......debit cards carry monthly fees.
