Will ABR issue news shares for the US listing? Surely, that is why BoA and others would be interested. If there is not issuance then getting in now is the best option. Hope the management will make an announcement on at least that part soon. As it will impact the price. Shares issued in the US listing then A$3 and without then US$4.

And let's hope there is no strategic realignment news or anything else that will know the share price!

they say they are not issuing any new shares at listing.
No dilution and no additional shares.

the only difference will be the name of the company and the dual listing.
IF US stock goes up over night we go up in the morning.
