How refreshing it is that the distribution for the proceeds of the CR are given in far more detail than is usual for most small caps that I have ever seen.
It's also extremely encouraging that the main shareholders have all committed to taking up their full allocation, which is a considerable percentage of the whole capital raise.
The larger holders obviously must be brimming with confidence to commit their own funds to the CR. This leads me to suspect that they could even very well take up any allocations not taken up by some of the smaller holders. Time will tell on that one of course, but they must be very confident in their well planned strategy to take this company through the global growth phase that they have committed their own cash to.
Still time to decide for us holders, so no rush to apply right at the moment.
