We probably have slightly different philosophies. To me the risk is not what I paid, but what it is priced at today. i.e. that is what I am currently risking in holding!
But back to leverage, which is what this is all about. If you assume ADI will go to $1 on the chance of medium success in terms of field productivity, then EKA has better leverage as the current cash value is a constant. For example, if ADI goes to $1, I see EKA at 62c which is a better return. So I will continue to watch their relative positions closely.
