    Read the latest UMC Annual Report.

    For the first time in the companies history, contracts for the executive directors were drawn up, providing large payments in the event a takeover occurred. This was a first for UMC and seems to have occurred after the initial BHP meeting.

    This has been in the pipeline for some time and all the ins, got in and will do well.

    Common punters are exactly that unfortunately.
