Had contact with BHP about this many months ago it said in the announcement.

First ever contracts drawn up for Directors to get big pay outs in case of take over.

Share price being held down to mostly below $1 for several months.

Priority drill results for Mt Robinson after 3 months still not announced to share holders.

Other drill results still being awaited for other tenements.

I was told UMC was for sale early this year and posted that on the forum.Did not get a very good response from some on the forum.
