Totally against it. Haven't seen it benefit anyone yet. It is the manipulation tool of the times and shouldn't be allowed.
The brokers are using it to destroy shareholder value by raiding companies with cheap share placements which exclude existing shareholders and then selling their cheap shares at a discount which further pushes down share prices. Shareholders are massively diluted and share price ends up a lot lower than the placement.
