Excellent return? With dividends of 0 I wouldn't say so at the moment, and perhaps you haven't read the refinancing terms to be making these sort of claims? If the refinancing can be refinanced with something more favourable then the SP will rise, but I don't see that happening anytime soon as the directors have already tried for several months to get a good refinancing deal and couldn't. Not one to buy at the moment in my opinion, maybe early next year if the market continues to improve, particularly in Japan. If you're prepared to hang on to them for a while then why not, but there are other places to put money in the meantime.
