You’re missing the key piece of info. If you are obese/already very Ill with cancer/diabetes/ you have neglected your health for a long time, then yes - you may have some risk (however even for these riskier groups of ppl, most of them will not die or even end up in hospital).
The news is much better if you are someone who regularly looks after your health and you don’t have existing illnesses. In this case, your chance of a serious illness from covid is tiny and your chance of death is so small that it rounds to zero.
