BHP have got this covered as far as other tenements UMC have.
They do not need to offer to buy the company.The BHP Infrastructure corridors run over the entire Mt Robinson tenement,completely over two other tenements,over a third of one other tenement and about a third of Railway East tenement.
Only three of the tenements including Railway are not touched by BHP corridors.
