are the forecasts to be believed. looking at other recent private equity flops Nuix, i have to be wary.
note its contracts only cover less than 3 years worth of profit, short term contracts in a highly competitive industry in AU, so the yield isnt recurring sales.
Note this is in the same sector as spotless was. facilities management, another private equity flop.
