I know Red2 and converse by email. He is a petroleum engineer with connections to Devon as he claimed. He passed on a lot of valuable information to this forum. He does NOT post on other forums and certainly wasn't pushing for an EGM.

The syndicate also representing more than 50m shares is also NOT a rumour. I know many posters on this forum are aware of this syndicate. However they were NOT pushing for an EGM, in fact quite the opposite - just ask juliebill
