@Qanoninsanity - thankyou for the compliment - undeserved, no doubt - I only know, how little I know! But have loved reading and research all through my busy life - now in retirement, it's almost a passion.
I don't often involve myself in these sorts of discussions, but accidentally happened on a post which was plainly wrong - so there !
and @Gluget al we do now have a missing link.and
whilst I am at it -
the reason why we have so many dinosaur bones and so few ancient human bones?
IMO it is because the dinosaurs and the entire megafauna of earth suffered almost simultaneous mass extinction by the impact of an asteroid - we know that from geological evidence all over the planet.
Little furry rat-like critters who had been accustomed to flee and burrow from the massive dinosaurus and other megafauna into nooks and crannies and caves survived these calamities to become the ancestors of our present fauna, including ourselves. Of course, the Bible simplifies this process for a still mute and unaware audience.
Go well
