Based on long-term uptrend it will take 12-24 months for a re-rate to blue-sky level valuations ( although market cap AUD $8B or around $45 per share may be enough allowing for buyout offer premiums at 100% to 200% above market cap ).
Personally from a CGT perspective, ideal scenario would be a buyout after May 2023 ( for the shareholder loyalty options post-conversion to pass 12-month hold ).
