Like Novac i also feel for UMC faithfull. For months i have been intending to write a light-hearted spiel re the fans devoted to various stks on HC. NONE IMO equal the consistent loyalty shown by UMC holders. It's a cruel irony that UMC directors probably read the HC threads and are fully aware how holders feel... yet kick them in the guts anyway.
But i sense this offer may not be final. Surely holders won't vote to accept something so low-ball?
