The ASX rules around suspension that I posted last week - CLEARLY state - that a suspended entity must have made announcements of any verified commercial deals / acquisitions ETC BEFORE the end of the automatic 2 year suspension period. Such announcements have not been made. Although the three musketeers may suggest that such announcements may have been submitted to the ASX prior to Friday‘a 2 year suspension anniversary. Playing Devils Advocate for a moment - let’s say they have….the question then remains why is the ASX holding back the announcements ? Fine tooth comb !

When I looked a short while ago tv2 were still listed. It also states, on the first page, that nothing in the Guidance notes binds the ASX in a particular case Forgive me if this has already been covered - I can't face more than a quick skim through!
