You should try understanding the logic behind posts.
This isn't a new tax rule in Italy. Was a capital raise needed to be done with a director sell down for an already known existing rule? Obviously not, and he just took advantage of the pump and sold out for profit has literally nothing to do with tax kid, that rule has always existed its not like he had to facilitate a CR embedded sell off to somehow compensate for this new change in Italy.
