I disagree. They are 100% right to invest heavily given the opportunity in front of them and the strong unit economics they get on the terminals
And you don't even have to pay much for the AUS growth:
If you value the NZ at NZD$70 (offer they got for it before CV-19), the AUS business trades on 11x the run-rate EBITDA of $9.6m TODAY
