On the one hand BG have been in the game a long time so I'd assume they know how things work.
On the other CTP should know what is in their own JV agreements, is their a right of pre-emption or not?
Wait til Wednesday I guess, does ROG still get in if PXA use this right of pre-emption? That part doesn't seem clear.
