My theory on Orbis selling a small percent of their CER is this. They simply wanted to lock in some profits to be included in their quarterly report.

This quarter is the first for a couple of years that their portfolio would have been in the green so they would have picked out their best performers and sold a small stake in each to show that they are back on track making money.

I feel they will still keep the bulk of their CER holding for the ride up.
